“Research shows the most significant factor in a successful outcome is the relationship with the therapist - what might be described as ‘feeling felt’.”

Educational and Professional Background
I graduated from Immaculata University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. While there, I completed internships in both a medical-integrated care clinic and a private practice setting. I worked with adolescents and adults diagnosed with mood, personality, eating, substance use, and trauma-related disorders, and/or who were experiencing life transitions or relationship issues.
Following my graduate degree, I continued my work in private practice with the populations listed above, with a focus in substance use disorders, those in their 20s-30s navigating life transitions, those working in the mental health field, and couples counseling. Almost 5 years ago I opened my own practice, and received my PA state licensure shortly after. I also received certifications to treat Anxiety and ADHD. I currently specialize in working with those navigating the life transitions that occur in quarterlife (20s & 30s), the anxieties that arise, and how ADHD can play a role in the anxieties.
Personal Background
Outside of this work I love spending time and traveling with my husband and our dog! I love to read, garden, and stay active by running or on the Peloton app. I’ll also never pass up a good Netflix binge-watch session in my downtime!
It has been my dream for so many years to do this work, and I know how powerful it can be to get to know your story. It’d be a privilege to help you achieve that. Reach out for more information about getting started.
