Counseling can be a good practice for everyone at some point in their lives. Whether you are going through difficult times, feel unsatisfied in your life/relationship, or want to do some proactive exploration and getting to know yourself, counseling may be right for you. Ultimately, if you want to begin counseling, that’s a good enough reason for me!

It is! Your therapeutic experience is confidential with a few exceptions:
If you are a threat of harm to yourself/others
If there is suspected/confirmed abuse of a child, elder, or disabled individual
If a court order is present

Credit card payments are processed through Stripe Autopay. Forms of payment accepted include: credit/debit card or HSA/FSA cards.
I am Out-of-Network with insurance. I work with Mentaya to help clients submit invoices automatically so they can get reimbursed for session. I can send you invoices directly that you can manually submit to your insurance. and do offer financial accommodation for a number of spots on my caseload. I have availability on Tuesday and Thursday mornings-evenings, and Friday mornings. My schedule is fairly flexible - you aren’t required to keep the same appointment time every week unless you want to.

I start with a free 15 minute phone consultation so we can make sure we’re a good fit and I can provide some logistic info. If all seems like a match, then we can schedule the first session after that.
