Are you in the middle of a Quarter Life Crisis?

calm and soft pastel sky with clouds and contrails

Are you overwhelmed by uncertainty ever since you graduated, started a new job, or started your own family? Do you feel the pressure of FOMO or that you’re behind all your friends? Do you feel like you blinked and all of a sudden, you’re an “adult” with a mortgage and a family? Or you fear you’ll never even be able to afford a mortgage? Are you afraid you’re not living up to your potential?

In therapy we’ll work on moving forward by helping you remember that you’re the expert of your own life.

We’ll rediscover your values, beliefs, and self-awareness that can help with gaining confidence and tolerating uncertainty in life.

We’ll give meaning to your past experiences, and take what we need from them to find meaning in the present.

If present, we’ll learn to work with ADHD, not against it by developing skills to help symptoms, while allowing space to process the emotional toll it can have.

Whether you’ve just stepped out of the structure of school, are building your career, or have started a family and still find yourself wondering, “Now what?” — navigating the doubts, anxiety, and comparisons that come with your 20s and 30s can feel draining. It can also be worsened if you experience trouble with time management, procrastination, focus/attention, planning & organization, and memory that are often associated with ADHD.
