Discover what you want life to look like.

Personalized counseling services for 20 and 30-somethings in PA who feel unsatisfied with the path they’re on.

With Tina Leboffe, LPC, CCATP, ADHD-CCSP

Are you in your 20s or 30s and dealing with the anxieties that come with new life stages like a new job, getting married, or starting a family? Do you feel like you aren’t living up to your full potential? Are you frustrated with feeling distracted, disorganized, and overwhelmed with tasks?
Whether you’re out on your own adjusting to “adult life,” trying to find the career path for you, or embarking on starting your own family, navigating the transitions of this phase of life can be draining. It can also be worsened if you experience trouble with time management, procrastination, focus/attention, planning & organization, and memory that is often associated with ADHD.

In therapy we can work together to increase self-awareness and confidence, decrease anxiety, identify what you want your life to look like, give meaning to your past experiences, and find ways to move towards the path that fits you best. We can also work to develop skills and modify behaviors to help manage ADHD symptoms, while allowing space to process the emotional toll it can have.
